What We Do
At Soluwize Foundation, we believe in creating meaningful impact through education, empowerment, and opportunity. As a registered non-profit organization, our mission is to tackle socio-economic challenges by unlocking the potential of South Africa’s youth, women, and underserved communities through access to skills development, mentorship, and entrepreneurial support.

Skills Development & Training
We offer accredited and non-accredited training programmes that equip young people and adults with the skills they need to thrive in today’s job market. From digital literacy and business administration to technical and artisan training, our goal is to build a skilled, adaptable, and employable workforce.
Learnerships & Workplace Readiness
In collaboration with SETAs and private partners, we implement learnerships that combine theoretical learning with practical workplace experience. These programmes prepare unemployed youth and graduates for the world of work, while improving access to employment and entrepreneurial pathways.
Mentorship & Career Guidance
We connect youth with experienced mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and support throughout their educational and career journeys. Through structured mentorship programmes, we help participants make informed decisions about their future and build the confidence they need to succeed.
Entrepreneurial Support
We empower emerging entrepreneurs with business development training, compliance support, and access to resources. Our aim is to cultivate sustainable small businesses that drive economic growth in their communities. This includes access to incubation programmes and market linkage opportunities.
Community Upliftment
We develop and support grassroots projects focused on social upliftment — from school support initiatives and career expos to food security and digital inclusion projects. Every programme is tailored to meet the unique needs of the communities we serve.
